Every evening, the retiring sunlight casts this shadow of my husband's guitar, resting against a little bookshelf in a corner of our living room. It reminds me of how little time he finds these days to sturm on this instrument he so loves.

This is lovely! Looking at it I can imagine the sweet sounds coming from the guitar. It's unfortunate that life gets so busy that we don't always find the time to devote to things we've always enjoyed in the past.

I had to go back to look for shadow- I was too fixated on the mix of black and white and color :)

It's a shame your husband hasn't enough time for his guitar. Mind you, I have plenty of time but I haven't touched my piano for months :-/
